Appointments
To ensure there is enough time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we mainly operate by appointment. Occasional appointment delays are inevitable due to emergency cases always receiving top priority. We make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
'Drop-off' appointments are available for your convenience. By using a 'drop off' service, you can bring your pet at a time that suits you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. We typically ask for you to drop off in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient between appointments or during the designated time for admitted patients. Once the doctor has completed the examination, he/she will call you to discuss the diagnosis and provide discharge instructions.
To ensure the safety of all animals in our care, we mandate that all vaccinations are up to date. While we make every effort to ensure our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may still feel a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. We ask you to restrain your pet for this reason. To ensure safety, it is recommended that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
